In response to the issue of staining agents affecting the activity of living cells, BOJIONG has introduced the Manual 3D Living Cell Microscope. This microscope is capable of label-free 3D real-time imaging, which can compensate for the shortcomings of phase contrast microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, and confocal microscopes in terms of 3D quantitative phase, live imaging, and high efficiency. It also enables cell biopsy, cell counting, screening for red blood cell diseases, and imaging for cancer biopsy, providing quantitative analysis of the 3D morphology and quality of cell contour information!


The Manual 3D Living Cell Microscope utilizes natural light as a coherent light source and employs phase interference imaging technology. It uses the principle of four-wave interference to record the phase and amplitude information of the sample, thereby completing the cell imaging process. As a result, there is no need to process the cells, which reduces human intervention and achieves true label-free and non-invasive operation, while simultaneously obtaining quantitative parameters and high-quality images and data at both the single-cell and population levels. It realizes miniaturized interference measurement with high vibration resistance, making it particularly suitable for high-precision detection in fields such as biology, cell culture, and drug research.
