An ordinary inference system can achieve interference measurement. It has Ultra-high anti-vibration performance and ultra-high stability can achieve nanometer-level precision measurement without vibration isolation. It has more phase points, wider adaptable band range, larger dynamic range, and lower price noise than the Hartmann sensor.
