In BOJIONG Portable 3D Profilomete inspection, a dual-camera imaging system is used. The system uses a microscope system to detect scratch defects on the surface of optical components for width, depth, and surface roughness detection. The imaging camera has a large field of view and can quickly find surface defects and detect scratch width; the digital wavefront interference sensor can realize 3D detection of scratch depth.

The system is equipped with XYZ three-dimensional guide adjustment and pitch and yaw adjustment, which can realize the alignment of the target and the detection optical axis of the equipment, and can be placed on a tripod to achieve different detection targets, such as large-diameter light windows and large-diameter optical elements. The system adopts common-path interference technology. The interference system has excellent anti-vibration and anti-external interference characteristics, so it is particularly suitable for measurement and detection in workshops, outdoor and other environments.
